AI Agent Workshop · 1 day

From AI ideas to one agent you can see working.

In one working day we find the AI use cases worth doing in your business, agree what data an agent may touch, and show a working prototype on your own systems, so the next decision is easy.

The day

Four sessions, one decision at the end

01 · Morning

Where AI pays

We walk your processes and score candidate use cases on value, data and risk.

02 · Late morning

Boundaries

What an agent may read, write and decide; who approves; how it is audited.

03 · Afternoon

See it working

A prototype agent on your data, built with OraDay MCP Server or WorkPlace, answering real questions.

04 · End of day

Roadmap

The top three use cases, a 90-day plan and what a pilot would cost and return.

Questions

Before you ask

Do we need clean data or a data platform first?

No. The prototype reads from the systems you already have, through governed read-only access. Data gaps found on the day go into the roadmap.

Which AI models do you use?

Usually Claude, and other leading models where they fit. Agents run with your data boundaries, and nothing is used to train public models.

Can it be remote?

Yes. Remote works well as two half-days; on site works best as one full day.

How is it priced?

A fixed fee agreed before the day, once we know the team size, location and systems in scope.

One day to decide where AI agents pay off for you.
